Service includes: Full Bike Wash – Restore cleanliness for better performance and longevity Standard Gear Tune – Smooth, accurate shifting Hanger Alignment – Ensure precise drivetrain function B‑Tension, Limit Screw & Cable Adjustments – Optimise gear engagement Chain Lubrication – Reduce friction and wear Brake Adjustment – Improve stopping power and consistency Brake Pad Wear Check* – Assess pad life and safety Caliper Alignment – Straight, rub‑free braking Lever Travel Check – Confirm proper brake feel and response Rotor Truing* – Straighten rotors for smooth braking Fluid Level Check – Assess hydraulic systems Headset Service – Smooth steering and stability Frame & Component Inspection – Identify wear or potential issues M‑Bolt Check – Ensure critical bolts are secure Full Torque Check – Tighten all bolts to safe specifications Wheel Truing – Correct spoke tension for a straight, strong wheel Tyre Inflation – Set pressures for performance and comfort Test Ride – Verify performance under real conditions Detailed Service Report – Clear summary of all work completed
Cancellation Policy
At PROVELLO Cyclery, every service is handled with the same care and craftsmanship we put into our custom builds. To keep your experience smooth and on time, please review our booking policy below. 1) Scope of Services This policy applies to all workshop bookings, including: General services & tune‑ups Drivetrain overhauls & brake servicing Wheel builds & truing Component installs & cockpit fitting Bottom bracket / headset service Custom builds & restorations Event prep and race‑day checks 2) How to Book You can book via: Website booking form (preferred) Email: contact@provellocyclery.com.au Instagram/Facebook DM: @provello.cyclery Please include: bike type, service required, preferred dates, and any known issues. 3) Lead Times & Turnaround Standard services: 1–5 business days Complex work / custom builds: 5–15 business days Turnaround may vary depending on parts availability and workload. We’ll confirm an estimated completion date when you book. 4) Quotes & Approvals We provide upfront estimates before work begins. If additional issues are found, we’ll contact you for approval before proceeding. If we can’t reach you within 24 hours, your job may be paused and turnaround extended. 5) Parts Ordering & Special Orders Special‑order parts or premium components may require pre‑payment. If a part is back‑ordered, we’ll offer alternatives or revised timelines. Customer‑supplied parts are accepted, but: Must be new or safely usable Compatibility is the customer’s responsibility (we can advise before booking) No warranty on customer‑supplied parts 6) Deposits Standard services: no deposit required. Custom builds / large jobs (>$500): 20–50% deposit. Deposits are non‑refundable if cancelled within the late‑cancellation window. 7) Confirmations & Reminders You’ll receive a booking confirmation and reminder prior to your appointment. Please arrive on time to maintain your spot. 8) Rescheduling & Cancellations Reschedule: Free with 24+ hours’ notice. Cancel 24+ hours before: no fee (deposit, if any, can be held as store credit for 60 days). Late cancellation (<24 hours): $39 fee or forfeit of deposit (whichever is greater). No‑show: $59 fee or forfeit of deposit (whichever is greater). 9) Late Arrivals If you’re >15 minutes late, we may need to shorten the service or rebook to avoid delays for other customers.
